1991 NCAA Basketball Floor Piece, Duke Champs, Kansas Runners Up

This is a serial-numbered section of the actual game floor of the Indianapolis Hoosier Dome on which the 1991 Final Four was played. Duke's stars were Christian Laettner, Bobby Hurley and Grant Hill and they beat Kansas 72 to 65 after upsetting cocky and undefeated UNLV (who had beat Duke by a wide margin the year before) in the semifinal game. There is a certificate of authenticity glued to the back.  Overall this piece is about 6.5 inches tall, 5 inches wide and 1.5 inches (two layers) thick. The front has laser-engraved details of the Final Four teams and the score of the championship game.  The piece is numbered 4,388/24,000.
